Vault Explorer and 4K ???

Hi

WHY! isn't this solved yet. It's 2020 and we are not able to use Vault Explorer on a 4K screen? (Vault Pro 2021). 

Is this a big problem to solve?

Hello!  I'm sorry you're having a problem, could you be a little more specific about what you are seeing that isn't working?  Is it an error message, or are the graphics just not great?

Have you tried modifying the High DPI Compatibility settings on your Inventor shortcut?  Right click on the desktop shortcut and select Properties, Compatibility, and, at the bottom, Change High DPI Settings.  Tweak this setting until you get the graphics to look more like you would expect.  EDIT:  Just noticed the screen shot is from Inventor, but the one for Vault is the same.  Must be Friday....
