Hi,

 

since beginning of January i stroggle with contant errors on vault server. During check-in files server (IIS) returns error in AutodeskFSPool resulting VB debug notification window. As long as this window is not ether rejected or closed, users experience that progressbar stand still.

See attached picture.

 

Another problem i get is:

Does anyone of you have experienced this issue before?

Any ideas how to resolve the problem?

We use Vault proffesional 2019, v.2019.1.1.

What has changed since January, this is probably the root cause.  From the error, I'm wondering if you had a dot net upgrade from Windows?  Can you check to see what version of dot net your server is running?

Well,  that's a good question. There were some windows updates in January.

Current vesion is: 4.7.2. 

i guess that one of the updates was .net.

Question is: could this be a reason for the errors?

if yes, then i would try to restore previous version of the .NET, but i need to be sure.

From another side. On Vault website stands:

"Vault 2017, 2018, and 2019 are supported with the following versions of the .NET Framework

  • 4.7
  • 4.7.1
  • 4.7.2"

 

so it should work....
