Vault Dependent file warning message

Clear DayDoes the attached Vault "dependent file warning message" really
have any consequences or can we ignore it (see attached)?

It wouldn't be there is there were no consequences 😉

I would not recommend ever doing this. In 2009 there is an administrative
option to prevent users from doing this.

I though maybe it was more an Inventer thing; we are using Vault of C3D
2008. What are the consequences?

It's really for any Autodesk File

1) DWFs wont be created
2) Any X-Refs won't be captured

Unfortunately I'm not a C3D expert (by any stretch) but any of the
relationships that are captured in the project would be lost. I'm pretty
sure there are a fair amount of them.
