Vault data not visible

Hi.

I have just opened Vault and cannot see any files within the Vault.  The file structure is visible but no files within the folders.  I have been working in Inventor and checking in/out without any problem.  The data is in there but just not visible.  For example, I have 1104 files in one particular folder.  When I select that folder there is a short period where it is obviously populating the view with the data and eventually the bottom left hand corner displays "1104 Object(s) (0 selected)".  However the display window shows only folders and no files?

Any ideas?

Hi Terry,

Did you install .NET 4.5 recently? If yes can you please try uninstalling it and then check the client?

We have a known issue with .NET 4.5 and Vault Client 2013. We are working on the fix.

Aha!  Yes, that's it.  IT installed Visual Studio on here to test yesterday and .NET 4.5. was automatically installed.
