Vault crash when change state of file

Vault 2021
I noticed that the settings in the file "ApplicationPreferences.xml" are broken.
The file is breaking for a reason unknown to me. So far, I'm deleting the file to solve the problem.
But I often come across a problem

Broken file contains:

<Category ID="ChangeState_DesignView">
<Property Name="Width_Name" Value="865282688"/>
<Property Name="Width_LifecycleState" Value="746378624"/>
<Property Name="Width_RevFileStatus" Value="155032464"/>
<Property Name="Width_LifecycleDefinition" Value="865282688"/>
</Category>

Standart file contains:

<Category ID="ChangeState_DesignView">
<Property Name="Width_Name" Value="817"/>
<Property Name="Width_LifecycleState" Value="705"/>
<Property Name="Width_RevFileStatus" Value="147"/>
<Property Name="Width_LifecycleDefinition" Value="817"/>
</Category>

Interesting... my ApplicationPreferences.xml in 2024 has integers that won't go over 200. I think these are defining the width of columns in the Vault fields/tables. But I also don't have a ChangeState_DesignView in the default file. Are those from the broken file coming in from install?

The file itself ApplicationPreferences.xml as I understand it, it creates a Vault at the first launch.
Anyway, if you delete it and run Vault, then it creates it with, as I understand it, standard values.
The problem is that sometimes something happens to this file and incorrect form sizes are written to it, which causes Vault to crash when opening it.
The problem is not only in the "ChangeState_DesignView" it occurs periodically with all forms.
It is not clear how to solve this problem.
