Wondering if Autodesk offers a cloud version of vault?

Or if there is a vendor that does.

Or if there is a suggested method for AWS or Azure.

You can host your Vault server in a cloud environment, and virtualization. This is a big topic though, so the answer is "Yes, it can be done... but what's your budget, knowledge, structure, etc..?"

Personally, I have only worked with Azure/Microsoft and heard of AWS Vaults, but there might be other choices out there that fit you best.

A more cost-effective choice might be to host your network locally (Vault won't consume too many resources, so it is more about setup and access speed), and use VMware or other virtual environments for the clients to access the network from outside. Look up "Vault Gateway" as it has made everything a lot easier if your team is spread into multiple offices.

-Autodesk has stated earlier that they do not plan to offer hosted vault-solutions. I guess this still applies.

-Your reseller should be happy to assist you setting it up in a data center (in cooperation with your IT)

-Azure or AWS does not really matter. Both work fine. Other local vendors with datacenters also work fine.
