Update visualiztion

Hey guys!! I need a help here.

See, in this Vault I created a several users that only have "Document Consumer" role, they won't use any CAD application, only need to see the model through Thin Client.

Sometimes there are some files that doesn't have the .dwf visualization file created, so, the users under the role "Document Consumer" can't see the file:

In the upper right corner, there is a option "Update Visualization", but when the user click on that:

I know this behavior is because is a "Document Consumer" role, and has no privileges to  create a visualization file.

There is a specific rule that I nee to apply to these users so they can use "Update Visualization"?

I try some rules but can't find the correct combination.

This is the vanilla "Document Consumer" rules:

Thanks for the help.

@leonardo.k

It has been a while for me, but I believe that someone with Document Editor permissions would be needed to Update the visualizations.  @ihayesjr am I remembering that correctly?

Hello,
This seems to be article linked with this issue:

Side note: default Document Editor (Level 1) roles set has it assigned as @CGBenner pointed:

Hey @arkad_s

I did that and try right away, and nothing happens, then I wait some time and try again and works, ok, buts this is going to the Job server queue, and I need to maintain open the Job Processor, thats OK.

Now, for the job start to proceed, I need to Pause/Resume the Job Processor manually, so, there is a option that makes the job processor do this from time to time automatically instead manually?

You can tweak the JP refresh rate to check jobs, but verify it is not impacting performance (if too fast):
