Unknown status - Can the vault do the visualisation itself?

I had some issues where the dxf files needed to be deleted. And the recommendation was to not do visualization upon check in. But if i want to have visualization on the vault. How do i do it? can i tell it to do it for me? instead of through inventor on check in?

How is this relate to deleting dxf files?

Visualization create DWF file for each IV files.

"Unknown Status" on the part or assembly got nothing to do with visualization.

Usually it means Vault lost track of the local file.
