Hi all,
I must be missing something - how do I view multiple pages in the new thin client?
I see there is a (...) menu that allows me to download or "visualize" (which is a download too ๐), but surely there is a quicker option of just viewing/printing all the sheets in the thin client?

Click the Document Browser button at the bottom of the screen. You will see the sheets in the Document Browser.

@ihayesjr, will there ever be a "print all" option?
I work in an old-school shop where a lot of drawings are printed. This is really frustrating for anyone that needs to print out a 2 pager - and we have plenty of 5 pagers too. Imagine trying to print these all day!

The Viewer is developed by a different team here at Autodesk. I can ask them the question as I don't know the answer.

To print multiple sheets, click the Open in Browser button.
The PDF will be opened directly and you can print all sheets from that.

It looks like you are using an old version of Vault which may not have this option. I am using Vault 2023.
You have to click on the file first. Then go to the View tab.

@ihayesjr, we upgraded to 2023 and I have that button now, but it opens up a .dwg.
Is there a setting that changes this behavior?

This is a new option, not a change in behavior.
If you do not want the user to download the DWG, you need to remove the Download permission from the user.
The Download permission was introduced in the 2021 release.

Thanks for the reply, sorry I was unclear. The behavior I was referring to was the download: is there an option to download a PDF instead of a dwg? You had mentioned downloading a PDF, but I guess you were viewing a PDF.

You need to select the PDF to download the PDF.
You have a drawing selected.

Ok, I'll agree that you can download a file, open it in a different program, and then print all the pages. Thanks for showing me all of the ways. But, try to imagine doing this for 20 work orders every day. That is what the folks in my office have to do.
Since there is already a viewer, the Thin Client, it would make sense that we wouldn't have to open a separate program to print all of the pages.
Imagine having to do that in Microsoft Word! "Sorry, you can only print one page at a time! But you can download the file, open it in Google Sheets, and then you can print all sheets at once." No one would think this is a good idea. And yet that is what we must do.
