Thin client after upgrade from version 2020 to 2021

After upgrade Vault Professional server from version 2020 to 2021, it is not possible to open visualization files in the thin client: pdf, iam, ipt. Message: "Unable to access the site. Resetting the connection. Try the following: check your Internet connection. Check your proxy server and firewall settings. Perform network diagnostics in Windows." How do I fix this?

Hello,

I believe you have a DWF file created for your design files and you are trying to Preview the design files in Thin client.

If so, please note this is currently a known issue and we are taking a look at this.

Yes, i have a dwf file created for my design files.
