the following files already exist in the vault and cannot be added due to restrictions

i have assembly template i will be creating various configuration from the template model after saving to destination folder what ever custom changes i make, it will reflect in destination files only. but uploading to vault is not allowing due to same file name exist

Verify that there aren't any other associated files coming with the model files, which could be with the same name as the original (for ex., if there are any linked files such as simulation/FEA attachments getting sent with the models). If you have derived the destination files from the template, perhaps your check-in is attempting to check-in the template too (see what files are coming in).
