Solidwork Plug-in error

Hi,

Whenever I try to check-in to vault through SolidWorks, I'm geeting error, I attached the screenshot for same, Someone please help me to resolve this.

You need to provide what version of Solidworks, vault, and the add-in version. Without those information it is difficult to know what’s going on. Also did you install both server and client addins? What is the OS? Did you try ok different machine? You can also try uninstalling and re-installing the addins.

Hi Senthil,

Thanks for your response, please find the details below,

Softwares: Vault 2018, Solidworks 2017 and Vault_Professional_2018_Addin_for_SWX_En23.0.0.71.

OS: Windows 7

We have installed add-ins to both Server and client machines, we have tried on another machine also, same error showing on that too. and also reinstalled the add-in but issue not fixed.

Thanks for your reply and information.

 

Few things you can try.

 

Install the latest add-in from https://apps.autodesk.com/VLTC/en/Detail/Index?id=3367526352066596329&appLang=en&os=Win64 and see if that helps.

 

Also from the error we see that you might be trying to check-in the drawing when all its related files are still in checked out state. So try to check-in everything.

 

Let us know if the above doesn't help. Also let us know whether this is specific to a file or any file.

Thanks for your response,

 

All its related drawing and part files are checked in, this issue occurs specifically on some assembly and detailed drawing files, I don't know why this error came on specific files.

Still you haven't replied to me whether you tried the latest Update 1 from App Store or not. Anyways if this is specific files then log a support case with dataset.

The updated plugin that you have given also having the same error.
