I am testing a lifecycle definition for items and I noticed a strange behavior. I don't know if it is by design or if I am setting up my transitions wrong, but I am able to release a parent item when one or more of its child items don't exist.
For example, I have an Inventor assembly named Assembly and it uses parts named Part 1, Part 2 & Part 3.
I assign an item for Assembly, which creates items for the parts as well. I then delete, say, Part 1's item and I am still able to release Assembly's item. Is there any way to prevent this? Attached is a screenshot of the actions used in this transition.
