Request for New ability to send email on status change in Vault2025

Currently, the Vault2025 specification is
- Only one set of destinations can be defined in the system.
- Can only be defined by the system administrator.
This does not match the functionality and operations we are looking for.

I would like the following specifications.
- The destination is set by the status change operator.
- The destination is specified each time of changing status.
- When we want to specify a destination, we can choose from about 10
   candidates, or if there are no candidates, we can enter characters.

Also, as of now (Vault2023), the following methods are used as alternatives:
Specifies the iam or ipt that is closely related to the status change
after the status change.
File(F) -> Send(S) -> Send Link(K)
and MUA (Mail User Agent : ex. Microsoft Outlook) comes up,
We are sending email to any destination.
