Hi, I'm getting the following error when I try to change item's revision or when the cycle of life adds a new revision:
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
I'm using Vault Professional 2021.2.4. A few month ago, before installing the updates 2021.2.X, everything was working fine. I have tried to uninstall the updates, but the error keeps showing up. This error happens always, on all the old and new items. What could be wrong?

Hello. This is a very common and generic error message, unfortunately it can be a large number of things causing it. I would start HERE with this Knowledge document, and see if there is anything in here that helps. If that is not helping, you may need to open a Support ticket through Autodesk, or your local reseller. Good luck!
