Hello.

I’m experiencing an issue with checking in some of my files. I have a weldment assembly that consists of multiple sheet metal parts. When attempting to check in the weldment .iam file, I encounter an error with some of the sheet metal parts:

Some of the files work fine and check-in successfully, while others encounter the error mentioned above and fail to check in.

I’ve attached one of the problematic files for reference.

I’ve already tried deleting the problematic files from Vault, along with their associated .dwf files, and then attempting to check them in again, but that didn’t resolve the issue. I’ve also tried checking in from different workstations, but the result is the same. Everything is updated to the latest version.

The only workaround I’ve found is using the "Save & Replace" option on one of the problematic parts. After doing this, the newly saved part checks in without any issues.

I’d greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions to resolve this problem.

Long shot, but try a Rebuild All on those files, and let us know here which version of Vault you're using + whether or not your Vault is automatically assigning any Items to the files (that could be it?).
