Persistent reference to the replaced files in the iAssembly (Vault check-in)

Hello,

I have an iAssembly populated with iParts. I have saved the iparts and the iassembly in another folder, changed the part numbers, adjusted the tables and generated the new members (both iparts and iassembly). Everything works well except when I try to check-in to the Vault, the old files (yellow highlight in the image bellow) are somehow connected to the new iassembly, although they were completely replaced.

The initial/original ipart names are in yellow.

The new (save as) ipart names are in green.

The new (saved as) iassembly is with the purple dot.

File structure and the table for the new file.

What I need to do so I do not have any more the reference to the old/replaced files with the Vault?

Thanks!

EDIT (after trying the first proposed solution): I have examined the original iassemblies (created by another designer) and this reference to the yellow files existed even before I made new (save as + replace) iassemblies. After checking there is no trace of that yellow files or table values, neither in iProperties. It happens only in iassembly, on the vault tab - the iparts are okey.

Try a Rebuild All (under Manage tab) on your Assembly first.
Do you see those files still linked under Tools tab > Links? Try checking for OLE links using this code in the comment below:

The Rebuild all did not change anything.

Links button grayed-out. The code reports that there are no OLE links in the document.

But anyway, thank You for the link, it might be helpful in the future.
