PDF reference file of Icons Status

Hi.

In the past there was a pdf file that showed the colors and status of the files in the vault. Does this file still exist and where is it? I know there is a diagram in the help, but I am looking for a pdf file.

Also I would like to know if there is a flow chart that shows the best practices of the "check out, check in and refresh" functions. It would be nice if this diagram could also be in pdf format.

Thanks

Andre

I don’t think that is what @Sprocket1077 is looking for. I also miss the old PDF, it was very handy for new users to print, cut out, and pin to the monitor.

In my company we have recreated the thing manually.

Are you talking about the PDF in this thread?

Solved: Vault icons only show white circles regardless of the vault status - Autodesk Community
