Operating system error 1326

BackupDiskFile::CreateMedia: Backup device '\\"ourserver"\Geomatics_dbbak' failed to create. Operating system error 1326(failed to retrieve text for this error. Reason: 15100).

Ok so here's what I know - Its a permission error?

Here's the configuration - Vault Profession 2015, MSSQL 2012 Standard, Impersonation Account is a Domain account,  which has permission to all the folders on both servers and, its also the service account for the sql instance.

It recently started to fail after applying maintenace as suggested "Server Maintenance Part 6: Create SQL Maintenance Plan" - we have since remove the plan.

Any ideas are appreciated...

Here's some screen shots of the vaultsys sql permission for the maintenance routine - we have other servers and the settings are the same and backups work.

Ok thought I check the paths and impersination even though this hasn't changed in months.. Says I don't have access but it does? Im lost

Domain policy chage - Problem Solve make sure the paths resolve from the server to the shares.
