Illegal null parameter

Hi Everyone,

When I started Vault today morning for the first time, I got a message displayed as "Illegal null parameter".

Can anyone explain, what does this message mean, please?? Vault was not starting when I clicked "Ok".

However, when I close the login window & login again manually, I could access vault server.

Just curious to know what this is about.

Hi gandhey,

I got this error when I was trying to open vault. 

Default login is Autodesk ID login; so, I assume it was the same.
