I'm not sure where its a Vault issue or a Autocad setting issue.
A month ago I didn't have to press enter or esc in order to check my files into Vault or out of it but now is a constant problem and since then my Autocad performance is not as good as it used, sometimes it just freezes and I have to force it to close. I'm not an expert in these software but as an electrical engineer this is my work tool everyday.
I'll appreciate any help.

Are you checking in directly from AutoCAD? You should usually have a prompt for Comments and options before the check in operation executes, unless your Vault plugin is usually (a month ago and before) set to suppress those dialogs (red arrows in the picture below).
I also recommend you to turn the Visualization Attachment Options to "Do Not Create", inside each of those dialog suppression options (even if you decide later to un-checkmark the dialog suppression, these settings will be active). Creating visualizations upon check in takes some extra time and may be creating some issues for you.

Hello! Thanks for your help.
Yes, I check in/out my files directly from Autocad, the options in the Dialog Supression are checked since I always need to make sure I have the right path for those drawings in Vault. Even when if check the dialog supression options (for saving some time as you mentioned) for default I have the "do not create" option active.
I don't know if I, by mistake ,set something in my Autocad and so I always have to hit these buttons. The problem started when I added a TV to my computer to work faster with two screens. I had a Samsung monitor and everything used to work just fine and now even if I don't have plugged that TV screen I'm not able to work as smoothly as in the past. I don't know if these simple details matter, hopefully yes.
