Could you please provide a customizable field to be able to offer a common access to internal help materials as we can have for example in SharePoint.

This is a usefull option for end users arelady available in Fusion 360 Manage Could system but probably not in Vault

Have you tried customizing the Vault Landing Page?

Here you can create a page or redirect to a different site for your internal help system.
