Enterprise Vault is giving error when users are trying to restore their mails

Hello, We are using Enterprise Vault client v9.0.1.1038. But, suddenly our users are getting error while trying to restore any vault emails. Error is - "You cannot restore items to this location. If you are trying to restore from a shortcut, copy or move it to your mailbox and then restore." when we are recreating new outlook profile for users, it's working fine. But, the problem is we can not recreate profile for all users. Please through some idea to mitigate the issue. Regards, Arunangshu

Can you try attaching it again? Apparently the operation has failed and there is no screenshot visible. Thanks.

Hello Arunangshu - My guess is that you queries are around Symantec's Enterprise Vault solution for Microsoft Exchange, if yes, then I am sorry to say that you are in the wrong board, this forum focuses and answers enquires on Autodesk's Data Management solution - VAULT.

I would kindly request you to leave your enquiries with right software vendor and we are glad to have you join our board
