Create STEP but stuck in Job Queue

Hi. It's great to have this Create STEP option in Vault but how to use it?
Once click at Create STEP button, the task seems like stuck in the Job Queue list. We already set the Vault setting as shown in this article but still not working:

Also, it seems like there are a lot of items pending in the job queue.

Can anyone explain this? How to release this job to process

Hello,
For me it looks that you are not running any Job Processor. Submitting job is a first step but then job must be picked by Job Processor (until then it is waiting in the queue with "pending" state).

Try running Job Processor and sign in to the correct server and then it should start picking up jobs:
