Copy design status icons in Vault Professional

Hey all, 

I feel like I’m going a bit crazy because I swear when I was last using copy design in Vault Pro 2020 there were these status icon bubbles next to the files I was copying that let me know if they were being reused, excluded, or copied. In 2024 I notice they are just completely gone and I was wondering if there was a way to get them back. I liked seeing that visual element to know what was going on with the parts and the ability to toggle through by just clicking the bubble

Hi Kristen,

Your image shows that you were using the Old Copy Design tool. You are now using a newer version of Copy Design and those icons do not exist. However you do have a column that shows which are being Copied or Reused. Also there is a panel you can enable to see the same information.

Also, this newer version of Copy Design was in Vault 2020. It looks like you turned it off.

I actually found that image online just to show what I was talking about. Everything about the copy design interface looks similar to me in 2024 where it shows where everything is being copied to with that entire new panel I just could have sworn when I was working in the 2020 version I also had those icons along with the new copy design interface. I wasn’t sure if there was a setting that could be turned on to show the icons as well again.

Ok. Those icons were never in the new Copy Design.
