Configure server mail for adms notification.

Good morning,
How can I configure ECO email notification from ADMS?
Mail servers now only support tls ssl, doesn't Autodesk Vault support it?
How can I manage the notification if the company uses Office 365 servers or third-party mail servers (Aruba)?

so I have to look for a SMTP server other than the company one.
Unfortunately, the suggestion in the Office 365 article doesn't work.
