Change Order numbering scheme

Hi Guys,

I have tried to create a change order numbering scheme

but when I create a new change order it just appears as --01, I don't get the free text or pre-defined list.

Is there a setting that needs to be activated?

What version of Vault is this?  Do you have the numbering scheme selected as active?  Can you show us what you see when you create a new Item?

I could not reproduce this at first, but then I realized I was using the Item Numbering scheme, not Change Order.
