CHANGE DROP DOWN LIST IN CHANGE STATE WINDOW

I am in Vault change state window. When i use the arrow i see two options 1.Available for editing & 2. Change request. I would like to add to this list. Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance.

You can add options in the Comments tab, on the state in the lifecycle definition.
