Cannot edit library part properties through Data card in Inventor 2018

Hi,

I used to edit library part properties through Data card in Inventor 2017 or previous versions, now with Inventor 2018 the same operation doesn't work; it says something like: "It's not possible to save the property value into the file". 

Is it a bug? I hope so.

I make these videos to show the issue:

Inventor 2017 + Vault 2018: it works. 
Inventor 2018 + Vault 2018: it doesn't work.

In 2018 some of your permission settings may have changed.  Check the permissions on your library folders and make sure you still have "modify" permissions.  I don't use 2018 or I would post a video for you.

In 2017 I would right click on the folder in Project Explorer and select Details to see the Security settings.  I assume it is the same in 2018.

the two videos show that the same Vault (2018) and the same library folder have different behaviour depending on Inventor version I'm working with.

In Inventor 2017 I can edit library part properties, in Inventor 2018 I can't.

I'm the administrator of the Vault so I think it's not a matter of permission.

Anyone experiencing the same problem with Inventor 2018?
