Backup Failures

I'm getting an error when I try to manually backup. The log entry is ;

12/28/2022 5:45:25 AM Connectivity.Application.VaultManager.ServiceException: WebServiceError [8005] (http://kcserver11a/) ---> Connectivity.Core.Exceptions.EncodableException: WebServiceError [8005] (http://kcserver11a/) ---> System.ServiceModel.ProtocolException: The content type text/html; charset=utf-8 of the response message does not match the content type of the binding (text/xml; charset=utf-8). If using a custom encoder, be sure that the IsContentTypeSupported method is implemented properly. The first 1024 bytes of the response were: '<!DOCTYPE html>

at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()
at System.ServiceModel.Channels.HttpChannelFactory`1.HttpRequestChannel.HttpChannelRequest.WaitForReply(TimeSpan timeout)
--- End of inner exception stack trace ---

It's complaining about the content type of the page received, which I suspect it's getting the wrong page.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?
