Hi Guys,

Is it possible to modify the change order general tab?  like adding a tick box before it can change state?

ECO follows the general principle; we cannot modify default tabs but replace or add tabs. You could use a custom property if your "tick box" should work as a condition. Vault 2023 implemented the support of property constraints, so you get at least a compliance control. You will need an event and restriction handler implementation if you target to restrict a state change.
