Updated from Autodesk Data Standard 2025.1 to MFG-Data Standard 2025.1.0.1 Got this error:
The specified folderName is a legitimate folder in Vault.
Is there a place where this is defined?

What is the update level of Vault? If you run Vault 2025 Update 2, download the latest VDS-MFG-Sample configuration 2025.2.0.0. The shortcuts are handled differently now in the latest configuration. If your environment still runs Update 1, more information about the blurred (screenshot) key/value pair and the related Vault folder(s) is required to reproduce.
Hi Paula, I checked the change history of VDS-MFG 2025.1.0.1. A minor update on the Shortcut template has affected the creation of new shortcuts. But - we know Inventor-Vault Update 1 has an issue sharing the user-defined shortcuts with the Vault Client (Distributed Shortcuts are fine). To resolve this limitation, you must update to Vault 2025.2 level.
Anyway - you should be able to run VDS-I on update level 1, but don't create shortcuts while both clients are open: Vault Client and Inventor-Vault. The inventor will reset all shortcuts (user-defined) to the initial start state.
Regarding your error message, I need more details, particularly the reproduction steps.
