Vault CheckIn events not available during first check-in

Hi! I am trying to implement the Post-Check-In event which works fine. But it works only if the file is already checked in into the Vault. For the new files which are not available in Vault, and checked-in for the first time the events are not fired. Is this a normal behaviour? Is there the way to avoid this behaviour?

You should use the AddFile for this.
