I'm trying to upgrade a program that worked fine for Vault versions 2019 and 2021 to Vault version 2022. Unfortunately, when calling the Vault API, such as WebServiceManager.DocumentService.GetLatestFileByMasterId(long fileMasterId), the error 106 Principal is not authorized to call this service occurs. The vault server is in the same network as the client PC on which you run the program where the error occurs. I do not connect to the vault server with a VPN. I login to the Vaultserver as the administrator and I can login without an error. I use the administrator to call the API.
Any help to solve this issue is appreciated.
