DataStandard Autocad - Scale Paper Format

Is there a way to get a list of available title blocks? And pick them with correct scale and paper format (a3, a2 etc) ?

Through VDS in Autocad. A wish from a few clients..

Hi Alex, i'm not sure i've got what you like to achieve, however, from within Data Standard there is no access to the AutoCAD or Inventor API, at least not at fingertips.
Obviously you can get a list of blocks via the AutoCAD API, however, from within Data Standard it would be a bit complex.
I'm not sure in which sense you like to combine VDS with your title block issue, as VDS gets called at every save, so how does this related to your title-block problem?

Hi Marco,

It will be like the title border-button window, but within vds.

It would be nice to have it from here, cause then you can pick title border, scale and paper format (the last two which are properties they want in the  title border) and go on and draw. With all your properties filled in from the start.

I've achieved somewhat what I want by sending arguments to standalone-exe-files which trigger autocad...
But it would be nice to do it with vds' capabilities 🙂 this seems more like a "nice-to-have" now...
