Customized Data Standard (DS) has problems with missing "Title bar" and blurry / vibrating fields

Greetings.

Since it seems that this is not the scope of Autodesk support, we are hoping for your help on the forum.

We are having issues with our customized Data Standard (DS) that has problems with missing "Title bar" and blurry / vibrating fields. We had this form in V2020, it worked OK, but now in V2023, it has those problems.

1st problem - missing "Title bar":

- "Title bar" was present in Vault versions 2023.1, but when we updated it to 2023.2, it went missing. See the "Image 1".

2nd problem - blurry / vibrating fields:

- Not sure in which update it started, but it started in V2023. Not all fields are like that and also started doing this when specific symbols or number of symbols are inserted. See "Image 2".

Any ideas?

Update 2 completed the support of Vault Themes (Classic, Light, Dark). You need to update your configuration for compatibility (issue 1). I am unsure about issue 2; it sounds like artifacts that DPI scaling causes. I recommend turning off DPI scaling for investigations and full themes support. 

The attached documentation includes information about themes, changes of 2023 Updates 1 and 2, and step-by-step instructions on how to migrate custom configurations.

Thank you very much for the answer and the documentation. We will send this to our reseller to check our DS.

As for 2nd problem, I have tried changing resolution, scaling, combinations, I have also tried chaning DPI settings in Compatibility tab of Inventor, but nothing seems to work.

Any other ideas?

It is not always blurry, depends on the inserted string.

A custom validation implemented for property Title 1 might be a cause for issue #2. The technician who implemented your customization should be able to check this too.
