Project Templates to copy Project Settings

Project templates should copy over the project settings (Division, Customer, Priority, currency, project attributes,...). This will save time for the users when creating similar projects.

this should also include Teams and Division Team

the Project template should have the possibility to create new top Level Items.

case. if we have a project template with 2 top level items. one for Mechanical Design and one for Electrical Design.

when using the template to create a new Project. all project settings should be copied. also Additional attributes and Teams.

the top Level items should not be copied. new Top Level Items should be created with the attributes copied to the new Top level Item.
