Project Name Change

Can we removed the ability of project name change from all users.  This ability should only lie with tenant admin or project managers.  I am constantly fixing name changes by users who shouldn't be changing project names.

Does the project page contain information that is relevant to your users?

Would your users be impacted if the project page is visible only to project managers and tenant administrators?

I think that the only impact would be to the ability to make a project a favorite.  Other than that, I don't believe users are using the project page for anything.
