I tired to install the latest version of CAD Connector, however when starting the .exe it tells me to install Amazon Corretto, which is already installed. Nothing changed after reinstalling Corretto, Upchain, reboot,... always the same pop-up warning.
Any ideas to the cause?
Thanks

Hi v_unkauf, I'm not sure about a cause, but an easy fix should be to just uninstall Amazon Corretto, run the installer so that it prompts for a fresh Amazon Corretto download, then install the CAD Connector. I assume you downloaded the CAD Connector installer from this page?
What if you uninstall both the current CAD connector and Amazon Corretto as well? I'm afraid I don't have any other ideas, so if the problem persists, please reach out to Autodesk Support.

Hi @v_unkauf, I noticed you don't have required Java Runtime Environment (JRE) installed by taking a quick look at your registry entry.
The plugin should have prompted you to install Amazon Correto 8 (and automatically started downloading for you if you chose to proceed). It seems like you have tried manually installing Amazon Corretto, and downloaded JDK 21 instead.
Could you please download and run the install for Amazon Corretto 8 from https://corretto.aws/downloads/latest/amazon-corretto-8-x64-windows-jdk.msi?
You can try to install Upchain CAD Connector right after that. Let us know the result.
Thanks,
Jakov
Thanks, that did the trick! Somehow it showed me that I had Corretto 8 installed, but after reinstalling and rebooting it worked.
Thank you
