Inventor linked parameter file

How does upchain handle Inventor CAD files with linked parameters? For example, if I have an assembly that uses an external Excel file to control the dimensions of several parts, and another user wants to update the content of the external file and update the parameters of those parts, how is that done?

At the moment, OLE linked files are not supported by the Upchain plugin. Could you please give us more examples, besides the one you mentioned earlier, to help us better understand how you plan to utilize the plugin with OLE linked files?
