     a. A Linux Version is available without UI in the Autodesk Support Licensing Tool guide.

yeah, this isn't working for me. i'm trying to reset my trial version because it's been throwing a "there was a problem with the license" error every time i try to log in via autodesk ID (only had the install for a few days, and it's been doing this since the first time i tried to use it). unfortunately, the support tool says that the trial install already has a license method of "none" and thus cannot make any changes. trying to set it to something else and then reset it again doesn't help at all.

Hi @Caldoric,

Does the error message look like the one in this article? If so, there are steps provided for the various causes of this issue - please let me know if you have any success with these steps.

If the error message is different, please can you share a screenshot and I'll investigate further,

All the best,

Yes, that's exactly the error message. I'll look at the resolution steps after I get home from work later, and see what's up. I'll keep you posted on the results thereof.

nope, none of those steps worked whatsoever. still getting the same error message every time i try to start up the program. i'm beginning to grow tired of the issue not being resolved as the available days on my trial continue to be wasted.

also, at one point the instructions you linked to dictate that one must look for "servives.msc", when it should be "services.msc" instead.
