Unable to workshare with trail mode

Unable to workshare with trail mode, when I try to create a local copy of the file, the area is greyed out and if I create a workshare model for others to access, they create a local file is greyed out on their respective computers.

Welcome to Autodesk Trial Connect,

For Revit Cloud Worksharing, you need [complete article]:

• A subscription to Revit
• A subscription to Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro
• Access to the Revit Cloud Worksharing service
• A BIM 360 Docs account
• An invitation to at least one BIM 360 Docs project
• A folder permission level that includes the ability to Edit a BIM 360 Docs folder

I can see AutoCAD and Revit in your account as trials but not BIM Collaborate Pro. Can you try starting a trial for BIM Collaborate Pro and ensure it's assigned to you? Once that's done, can you try worksharing again and let me know how you get on?

I have installed the collaborate software but see I am still unable to access the "create local"tab, it is still greyed out.

I have installed the collaborate software but see I am still unable to access the "create local" tab, it is still greyed out. I have since detached the model and I am working independently on the model, but will be faced with a challenge once other team members need access to the file.

Can you try the steps in this article? I would recommend checking that Worksharing is enabled, but also that file path definitions are consistent across your team,
