ReCap Pro and Photo

I've been going around in circles trying to test the functionality of ReCap Pro and Photo with limited success. Recap's photo & aerial functons are locked despite having 5 days left in a trial I never had much opportunity to use. So, finally, here we are with the data ...all dressed up & nowhere to go without buying before testing... 😕  What gives??

Hi @living4amiracle,

Welcome to the Autodesk Trial Connect Community!

As far as I'm aware Trial Versions are identical to their paid counterparts except from the terms governing their use and any cloud credits that may be available.

I'm not intimately familiar with ReCap but I'd recommend checking how many cloud credits you have available and seeing if this guide in our help guides is useful for what you need.

All the best,

Thank you for that!  I'm not sure how to acquire tokens for trial purposes or a one-time-use purpose.  Seems odd to offer a trial if tokens need to be pre-purchased.  As a registered Autodesk user for years, it'd seem my account would be gifted enough of tokens or whatever for a single or limited trial for functionality sake.

It is odd, but it appear Autodesk makes some sort of distinction here

Hi @living4amiracle,

I'd like to thank @pendean for bringing up this key detail, despite the frustration it may cause. I'll be passing this on to our trial team to see if anything can be changed in the future.

I know this isn't the news you want to hear but I'd like to thank you for reaching out on the Autodesk Community 🙂
