Hi,

I can't seem to use the newly downloaded AutoCAD Electrical. It says Dig in to your trial but the only thing I can click on is the "Buy" icon. I have 13days left of the trial. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hi @jon_ballUAJ3A,

Can you try resetting the license for AutoCAD Electrical? I'll link to the instructions here, but this will force AutoCAD Electrical to look for your Trial license.

I hope this helps; please feel free to reach out if you have any questions,

Thank you for your help! Well that was weird!  I tried the solution of trying to click on the arrow next to my user name to "Manage License"  in the top right but nothing happened, I clicked around the screen then on the pop up window that says "Dig into your free trial" and now I'm in. Strange! Thanks for your help!

Its back again unfortunately. I tried some of the things in the link, but to no avail. The only things I can click on are "Buy now" or "Change license type" I have to use Task Manager to close the program.

Hi @jon_ballUAJ3A,

I've also reached out to our technical team internally, who are recommending that you try the 'Change license type' option and follow the steps provided in-product.

If this does not resolve the issue or you have any further issues, please don't hesitate to reach out,

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. I have tried to Change license type, switched Users lots of times but still can't click on anything other than "Buy" or "Change license type". I have tried switching default web browser (for Autodesk sign in) from Firefox to Chrome but still the same issue. Unfortunately I'm now approx. half way through the trial and still can't use it. Appreciate your help! Thanks

Hi @jon_ballUAJ3A,

I'm putting in a new request with our support team. I can't make any promises but I'll see if anything can be done about the lost time.

All the best,
