Can anyone recommend a good PDF editor? I'm looking for something that allows me to edit text, add annotations, and possibly merge or split PDFs. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

There are many out there from free to not free, what's your price-point? Online or local installed software?
App store of your device or software vendor?
