Emoji's not getting attached to Forum posts

I don't know why, but emoji's are not getting attached to any posts..

I get some error to check the write-up, and as soon as I remove the Emoji, the post gets posted..

Yes, using Emojis from the menu on AKN. Browser is Chrome. 

 

And facing this issue from both Mobile and Laptop..

Thank you for the Screencast.  I've reported this for investigation.

If you're on a Windows machine, try this:  Hold down the Wondows button and press "period".  See if you can insert emojis that way?

Can you try a few things for us?

  1. Test this on a dofferent browser like Safari, Firefox or Edge?
  2. Clear your Chrome cache and test again?

Are you still experiencing the same behavior?  Our team cannot reproduce the issue on our end, and has suggested that you log out, log back in and also try clearing cache and cookies again, using the steps on THIS PAGE.  

Please let me know how it goes.
