Can I restrict views shared to the public after I send the links out?

I am using Autodesk Viewer (is that close enough to Design Review?) for sharing some 3D BIM models with people who don't have Access to Autodesk software and just want to view the file quickly.

However I need to password protect the files or at least restrict the shared links to certain users.

Is that possible with the Autodesk viewer? Currently you can share a file with anyone and they don't even need an Autodesk account to access it.

Here's a screenshot of the viewer and all of its sharing options:

I also checked the documentation and there doesn't seem to be anything on file protection or restrictions.

https://help.autodesk.com/view/ADSKVIEWER/ENU/?guid=ADSKVIEWER_Help_ShareDesigns_html

Any help would be appreciated.

If there is any alternative way to share 3D files with password protection or restriction then that would help too.

I could not find anything related either.

I'll contact a Autodesk vendor and ask for his help. If anything useful from this conversation, I'll let you know.

I've received their answer.
Actually there is no way config for this need.
One thing that they said though, there is an idea in Autodesk Forum available to vote and support for future implementation. If you have the time, please let's vote!

The only way to create "Permanent Shared Views" with account restriction (in Autodesk Land anyway) is to use BIM360/ACC. You can publish your project to your BIM360/ACC project that restrict access via user list in the project controls..  When you publish the project it creates a IWM file on the server. to get the link to it, click the three dots and chose share

Hi,

If you need to use Autodesk Viewer, I would recommand to build a specific View set in REVIT while exporting a DWFx with relevant 3D, sheets and views, setting the DWFx printer to Vector mode for 2D export quality and I would publish the result in Autodesk Viewer.
A quick check and it could be shared.
Regards,

Romain
