Hi @nir_arad_79 !

Does the same thing happen when you try this in incognito? If it works in incognito, then I would try clearing your cache and a hard reload on your browser.

If you're not already using it, try Chrome, which is the most stable.

Hi @nir_arad_79 ,

What do you admin access to the docs account? If you have admin access to the docs account and cannot attach documents, please submit a support request here.

@nir_arad_79 sure. So your permission level in Autodesk Docs is factored in when accessing files (models, pdfs, etc.) from the Docs project via the model upload and docs dialogue box in Tandem. To upload files from the Docs project to Tandem, you need administrative access to Docs. This is by design. Picture below of where to check this in Docs.

Jess hi.

We have different screens i saw that your main one is: "autodesk construction cloud" and  mine is tandem.

I tried two ways to add docs:

1.File-import model -autodesk docs

2.Docs-add documents.

Both of the tries becomes with never ending process .

thanx for help

Yes! That is correct because permissions/levels of access to Autodesk Docs matter when trying to add documents to your digital twin in Autodesk Tandem. For a user to add documents to Tandem from Docs, they need to have administrative permissions in Docs. So, I would check your access level to Docs.

If you haven't ready, please review our Docs page on the Autodesk Knowledge Site (AKN)

If you have administrative permissions and have followed the steps outlined on AKN please submit a support case here.

Hi @nir_arad_79 ,

Thanks for letting me know. i'll be sure to nudge the team.

In the meantime, the day after you contacted me, we released direct file upload. See the picture below from the What's New section of the home screen in Tandem. I hope this feature is what you are looking for. If you have any feedback, please feel free to share it here.

Hi @nir_arad_79,

There are a few steps that need to be done before you can simply attach a document to the element.

  1. Create a link parameter; click here to learn more.
  2. Assign the newly created Link parameter to all the classifications that need it in the facility template.
  3. Update the facility template for the facility that is utilizing it.
  4. Make sure all documents have been uploaded to the facility
  5. Attach the document to the element via the link parameter created in Step 1.

I hope that helps. After reviewing the provided documentation, please let me know if you have any questions.
