Hi @chinkian80,
I've checked your profile and I can see Revit licenses assigned to your account, so you should retain access once this temporary license expires.
I hope this helps and please don't hesitate to reach out to me tomorrow if you cannot access Revit,
All the best,

Hi @chinkian80,
I've also had support look into your account and they've assigned a license to your account, whilst they were allocated to your account they weren't assigned to you. You should be all ready to go.

Dear sir,
Thanks for the assistance.
Everyday, after 12am, Malaysia, (where i stayed), the license expired and i can only active it by redownload.
Very frustrating when i rush up my project, pass 12am, 10min grace reminder and !!boom!!, it doesnt save my project and revise back to the original file!!
This was happened 1 day before my post.
I trying to uninstall all version revit and reinstall back.
Hi @chinkian80,
I see Revit licenses in your account, can you try to follow the steps here to assign the license to you?
Please let me know if this fixes the issue for you,
