Hello everybody! ๐
Fusion 360 celebrating 10 years of existence in 2023!
This is fantastic, time really passes quickly enough for us to remember our first projections on the platform, and the revolutions that the interface has undergone during this period!
Hey!
I would like to ask you a question!
Do you remember your first projection using Autodesk Fusion 360?
If so, share with us your first work on this incredible platform that has spread around the world and today helps different students and professionals building the most diverse projects with the software.
I'll start here, let's go! ๐จโ๐ป๐ฉโ๐ป
This was my first 3D model developed on the platform, it was around 2015-2016, I published it late in the gallery because I didn't know about it yet! ๐
At the end of the analysis, we ended up choosing another model to carry out 3D printing because this design at the time used a lot of support, which made it unfeasible to materialize.
Today it is still available in the gallery!

Here is the first model I modelled. Looking back to it, I feel I have progressed a lot.

Whilst I've only been in Autodesk space for 7 years, where have 10 years gone? That's far enough back I wouldn't have been old enough to have an Autodesk Education account, although I believe the system was considerably different to what we have today.
I never really got into Fusion, spending more time in Inventor but one of my earlier models was a design for Worst Water Bottle on the Ambassador Hub as Fusion 360 was a requirement. As you can see, my aim was for water to get trapped in the bottle, so you would have to constantly tip the bottle to get water.
It's been great seeing everyone's early models, I can't wait to see what everyone else has to share!
